Thank you for choosing Ledparts Ltd. We are dedicated to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and international orders placed through our website, www.ledpartsuk.com.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Standard Processing: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.
- High Volume Periods: During seasonal peaks or sale events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED KINGDOM)
We offer several shipping options for our customers within the UK, primarily utilizing trusted carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ledparts Ltd is proud to offer worldwide shipping. We ship to Europe, North America, and selected regions in Asia and Oceania.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination.
- Delivery Estimates: International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
- International Carriers: We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL for global deliveries to ensure tracking and security.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders (including those to the EU following Brexit), please be aware of the following:
- Import Duties: Ledparts Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window provided in your shipping confirmation, please contact us at oceanvibez@ledpartsuk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
While we strive to accommodate all customers, some of our courier partners (such as DHL and DPD) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we may contact you to request a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
7. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
- Redirects: Once a package has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
8. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check around your property (porches, sheds, neighbors).
- Contact the local carrier office with your tracking number.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
Ledparts Ltd is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
9. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, please contact us immediately at oceanvibez@ledpartsuk.com.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed with a damaged item claim.
10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to international aviation safety regulations, certain items—such as high-capacity lithium batteries or specific aromatherapy liquids—may have restricted shipping destinations or require specialized “Surface Only” (Ground) transport. We will notify you if your order is affected by these restrictions.
