Refund and Returns Policy

At Ledparts Ltd, accessible via www.ledpartsuk.com, we take great pride in the quality of our LED lamps, aromatherapy diffusers, and home decor products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
This policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returns and refunds. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. THE “NO REFUND WITHOUT RETURN” MANDATE
Ledparts Ltd maintains a strict policy regarding the physical recovery of goods. Under no circumstances do we offer a “refund-only” solution where the customer retains the product and receives a monetary reimbursement.
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, conduct thorough quality control inspections, and prevent fraudulent activity, the physical return of the item to our facility is a mandatory prerequisite for any refund, credit, or exchange.
- No Exceptions: Whether the reason for the return is a change of mind, a perceived defect, or shipping damage, the item must be returned to us first.
- Verification: Refunds are only triggered once the returned package is received at our Cannock warehouse and inspected by our technical team.
2. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any signs of wear or damage (unless reporting a factory defect).
- The item must be in its original packaging. This includes all internal protection (styrofoam, bubble wrap), manuals, power cables, and accessories.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used essential oils or opened fragrance refills.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been modified or tampered with by the user.
5. THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at oceanvibez@ledpartsuk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- RMA Approval: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping instructions.
- Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original box. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, Ledparts Ltd will cover the return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid label or reimbursing standard shipping fees.
7. INSPECTION AND REFUND APPROVAL
Upon receipt of your return at our Cannock facility, our technicians will inspect the item. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If the item is in its original condition and the return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds/Rejection: We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or reject the return entirely if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos or a short video of the defect/damage in your email to oceanvibez@ledpartsuk.com.
- As per Section 1, even for defective items, you will be required to return the unit to us so we can analyze the fault and improve our manufacturing processes. Once the defective unit is received, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at oceanvibez@ledpartsuk.com.
10. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us. Please note that for exchanges, the original item must still be returned to us first.
11. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is subject to the standard return policy, meaning you must receive the item and then return it to us (at your expense) to receive a refund.
